Scheduling Sessions

• How do I book a session?

  • Call or email to schedule a session anytime during business hours.

• How long is each tutoring session?

  • 1 tutoring session is 1 hour. There is a late fee of $25.00 for unexplained absences.

• How often should my student meet with a tutor?

  • Students can choose to schedule 1 to 3 sessions a week depending on their academic goals.

• Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

  • Yes, sessions can be rescheduled 24 hours in advance.

• Do you offer online tutoring, in-person tutoring, or both?

  • Tutoring is held online via Google Meet

  • In-person options are available for students residing in Oklahoma City
